Reviews and Ratings
My stay was quite a mix of experiences. While I appreciated the great fireworks view from the upper floors and found the breakfast and dinner buffets to be decent, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall value for the price paid didn't meet my expectations.
During my stay at Hanayuuka, the location was quite nice, close to the winter festival and even offered some fireworks views. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, and my experience was marred by unpleasant odors. The dining was acceptable but didn't stand out. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it due to the cleanliness issues and the crowded atmosphere.
I stayed at this hotel hoping for a relaxing getaway, and while the lake view was stunning, the overall experience was quite mixed. The rooms were small and showed signs of wear, and I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The dining was acceptable, but could benefit from more variety. Parking was a hassle, too, as it required a shuttle service to retrieve my car. Overall, there were some nice aspects but also significant downsides.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the room had a beautiful lake view and the traditional Japanese style was charming, I was really let down by the cleanliness and maintenance. The dining experience was decent, but it felt repetitive over the days. The location is superb, right by the lake, which is perfect for sightseeing and activities.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room, especially the bathroom and the strange smell coming from the A/C, I appreciated the helpful staff and the view of the lake. The dining options were decent, but nothing to write home about. Overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the quality received.
